I applied for access. How long will it take to be accepted?

All applications are processed daily. Approvals can take anywhere from 1 day to 1 month. Authorized access depends on our supply and the demand of orders. Why do I have to be approved?

Hair extensions are a human product, we can only supply so many stylists at a time. One of our main goals is to provide stylists with inventory they can count on.

What is the origin of your hair?

Our luxury slavic hair is ethically sourced from Ukraine, Russia and our luxury asian hair is sourced from Southeast Asia.

How is your hair ethically sourced?

Our hair is ethically sourced in the terms that the women who donate their hair choose to donate it and they are compensated current market value. Also, the women are aware of the fact their hair will be colored, processed, and sold in the form of extensions.

How is the hybrid different from a hand tied weft?

The hybrid has no “mustache” or return hair at the top of the weft line like a traditional hand tied weft. It can be cut at any point along the weft line. The top is sealed with polyurethane.

The color I’m looking for is out of stock. How do I know when it will be back in stock?

We will post on our instagram, and add expected return dates under the color when something is out of stock. We do receive monthly shipments.

Can I EXCHANGE or RETURN hair?

We do allow exchanges and returns within 30 days of the order date for the Continental U.S. only.

RETURNS- All returns must be in the original packaging and all binding must be in tact. Once we receive the product in hand your refund will be processed. All returns will be processed on the original form of payment. There will be a 20% restocking fee. To receive your return shipping label please contact us by email: sales@diamondhairart.com

EXCHANGES- All exchanges must be in the original packaging and all binding must be in tact. Once we receive the product in hand your exchange will be processed. Incoming and outgoing packages are sent by UPS Ground. If the order needs to be expedited the stylist is responsible for the cost difference in shipping. How much is shipping?

We offer flat rate shipping on all purchases for $8.95

3 Day Select for $24.95 (3-4 days)

2 Day-Air (2-3 days) for $49.00

Overnight (1-2 days) for $75

Do you ship to Canada?

No-we currently do not offer shipping to Canada.

Will you ship to Hawaii and Alaska?

Yes, We ship to all US States including Alaska and Hawaii.

When will I receive my order?

DiamondHair currently ships from Las Vegas,NV, and the duration of your shipping depends on the distance. Once your items ship, you will receive the tracking information. All orders ship within 24 hours. Once the order is handed over to the shipping company we can not control the time it takes to get to you.

Can I color the extensions?

Yes! We love using Schwarzkopf Igora Vibrance, Redken shades EQ & color gels, and Oligo Calura to color the extensions with. We do not recommend using any sort of lightener on the hair.

How do I tell my clients to maintain their extensions?

We have a whole page dedicated to aftercare . You will also receive a care card with each package of extensions. You should go over this care card with your guests.

We only ask for personal information when we truly need it to provide a service to you. We collect it by fair and lawful means, with your knowledge and consent. We also let you know why we’re collecting it and how it will be used.

We only retain collected information for as long as necessary to provide you with your requested service. What data we store, we’ll protect within commercially acceptable means to prevent loss and theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.

We don’t share any personally identifying information publicly or with third parties, except when required to by law.

You are free to refuse our request for your personal information, with the understanding that we may be unable to provide you with some of your desired services.
